PRO PADEL SCHOOL (PPS)

1. COMPANY IDENTIFICATION
Pro Padel School, hereinafter referred to as PPS, is an entity dedicated to the development, commercialization, and distribution of digital educational products related to padel and related disciplines.
By accessing or purchasing any product, the User expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. SCOPE
These Terms govern all legal and commercial relationships between PPS and the User worldwide.
They apply to:
- Online courses
- Digital training programs
- Memberships
- Audiovisual, written or interactive material
- Any digital goods marketed by PPS
3. DIGITAL GOODS
All products are intangible digital goods delivered electronically.
The User acknowledges that:
- These are not physical goods.
- Access may be immediate or progressive.
- Delivery is considered complete when access is enabled.
4. PAYMENTS
- Prices are as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase.
- PPS reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
- Payment is made through secure external platforms.
- PPS is not responsible for payment system errors beyond its control.
5. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the products:
- No refunds or returns, total or partial, are accepted.
- The User expressly waives any right of withdrawal to the fullest extent permitted by international e-commerce and digital goods legislation.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All PPS content is the exclusive property of Pro Padel School and is protected by:
- International copyright legislation
- International intellectual property treaties
- Digital commerce regulations
STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
- Copying, recording, reproducing or capturing content.
- Selling, reselling or redistributing material.
- Sharing access or credentials.
- Broadcasting, publishing or publicly communicating any PPS video or material.
- Using content for third-party training, courses or academies.
Any infringement may result in civil and criminal legal action, both national and international.
7. LIMITED LICENSE
PPS grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the content solely for private and educational purposes.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The User shall be responsible for:
- Proper use of the content.
- Compliance with the laws of their country.
- Any damage caused by misuse of the material.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PPS does not guarantee sporting, economic, professional or personal results.
PPS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages or loss of profits.
- Data loss.
- External technical failures.
- Decisions made by the User based on the content.
10. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
The purchase of PPS products does not create any employment, partnership, franchise, agency or representation relationship.
11. INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE
The User acknowledges that:
- They are accessing an international service.
- They are responsible for compliance with local regulations.
- PPS does not guarantee the legality of the content in all jurisdictions.
12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
PPS may suspend or cancel access without refund in case of:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent use.
- Unauthorized distribution.
13. MODIFICATIONS
PPS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications shall be effective from publication.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Panama, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
